Established in 2022, Paragon Football Coaching provides high-quality children’s football coaching across Dorset. Our coaches focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, helping young players reach their full potential—whether aiming for football development or personal growth.
We offer engaging football training for children in various settings, ensuring every child has the opportunity to enjoy and benefit from the game we love.

MEET THE HEAD COACH & FOUNDER
Matt founded Paragon to pass on the knowledge and elite standards gained from 11 years at AFC Bournemouth, including a professional contract in their U23 squad.
With deep experience across both academy and grassroots environments, Matt has built Paragon into a respected football coaching provider. His work in schools has enabled him to focus on helping kids fall in love with participating in sport and football, while his core philosophy centres on the perfect balance: ensuring young players enjoy their sessions alongside accelerating their technical skill and performance.
Beyond coaching, Matt holds a First-Class Honours degree in Sport Performance, collaborates with the FA and top football organisations, and continues to play non-league football with experience of Steps 2 to 5.
